Town of Lingle – Lead and Copper Inventory

LINGLE – The Town of Lingle, in cooperation with 120Water, is conducting a survey to determine the presence of Lead and Copper in its residential and business water service lines. The town needs your help in identifying these connections.

120Water will soon be sending mailers to residents and businesses containing a survey to be mailed back with this information. However, if one would like to complete the survey online, they can do so by following the link below.

The town is conducting this survey to ensure compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Lead and Copper Rule. The rule can be viewed at https://www.epa.gov/dwreginfo/lead-and-copper-rule. The town is required to establish an inventory of all lead and copper connections and present that information to the EPA by October 16, 2024.

Please take the survey and help us finish this project by completing this form: https://120water.formstack.com/forms/town_of_lingle
